TRAVEL ITINERARY
DAY 1: THESSALONIKI – HALKIDIKI ARRIVAL
Arrive at Thessaloniki Airport where you will be met and transferred to Halkidiki. Check in to your hotel and the afternoon is free at leisure to relax on the beach or enjoy the nightlife.
DAY 2: HALKIDIKI
(OPTIONAL) Blue Lagoon-Vourvourou Lunch Cruise (S.I.C.) – 6.0H: Gather a group of friends for a fun yet relaxing day cruising and swimming around some of the best spots in Halkidiki. Enjoy the views from the glass-bottomed boat, which will cruise to two beautiful swimming spots: Vourvourou (the Blue Lagoon) and Alikes Lagoon. Get the chance to snorkel among coral and colorful fish at Vourvourou, and enjoy a hearty Greek lunch on board the boat.

DAY 3: HALKIDIKI
(OPTIONAL) Toroneos Cruise (S.I.C.) – 11.0H: A leisurely day, cruising the blue waters of Toroneos Gulf and the coastline of the Sithonia and Kassandra peninsulas. The perfect day for sunbath, swimming or enjoying the fabulous view and the marvelous atmosphere. During the cruise, we stop on a beautiful beach to relax and swim. You continue then with a light lunch (incl.) on the boat. The beautiful village of Sithonia Neos Marmaras, where you have enough time for coffee or shopping. And finally, you last stop at Kelifos Island, the perfect place for swimming and snorkeling.

DAY 4: HALKIDIKI
(OPTIONAL) Mount Athos Cruise from Chalkidiki (S.I.C.) – 12.0H: Mount Athos is an important center for the Eastern Orthodox religion and home to several monasteries. Take a boat cruise around the peninsula to get a glimpse of the holy sites from the water as well as other beautiful coastal views. Then, stop in Ouranoupoli where you have free time to explore the village, shop, or enjoy a traditional meal (at your own expense).

DAY 5: HALKIDIKI
(OPTIONAL) Full Day Meteora Monasteries (S.I.C.) – 12.0H: A highlight of your stay in Greece will be a visit to the Meteora Monasteries. You will have the possibility to visit 2 of these fabulous monasteries, built high upon the steep rocks. Meteora is a geological miracle.

DAY 6: HALKIDIKI
(OPTIONAL) Premium Catamaran Full-Day Cruise from Nikiti (S.I.C.) – 6.0H: Take the party to the water with this luxury catamaran cruise around the Halkidiki coastal region of Greece. Meet your captain and crew at the Nikiti Marina and sail out for a day of sunbathing, snorkeling, partying, and even learning how to sail. Visit Kalogria Beach, Kelyfos Island, and Agios Georgios Beach before returning to the harbor.

DAY 7: HALKIDIKI – THESSALONIKI
After breakfast our driver will transfer you to Thessaloniki and check in to your hotel and explore the city’s landmarks, such as the White Tower, the Aristotelous Square, and the Rotunda.
Wind Down….The day is all yours to enjoy all the amenities at your hotel. Relax in their large outdoor fresh water swimming pools with comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas or at their private sandy beach with comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas and Water sports with instruction like Windsurfing, Sailing, Snorkeling, Scuba diving, Water-skiing. Pamper yourself at their state of the art Wellness Club before an evening and dinner at your hotel.
DAY 8: THESSALONIKI
(INCLUDED) Thessaloniki Sightseeing (S.I.C.) – 5.0H: Start to your Thessaloniki sightseeing tour and get a complete idea of the city also known as Salonica. A city of great historic importance and a crossroad of so many civilizations and cultures. Begin the tour with a panoramic drive around the White Tower, the main landmarks of the city, the Galerius Arch, the Rotunda monument, the Old Town (Ano Poli) and the City Walls, from where you will have a marvelous view of Thessaloniki. Your professional expert guide will provide you with all the information about Thessaloniki’s history old and new as you look at these stately buildings. During the tour, there will be a short stop at Agios Demetrius Byzantine church which is the most important church of Thessaloniki for religious, historical and artistic reasons. The most famous and interesting part of the church, is the underground ancient “Crypt”. The crypt was re-discovered after the fire of 1917 and was finally restored as an exhibition/museum in 1988. According to the Christian Tradition, the saint was imprisoned here and died in 303 A.D. You will also have the opportunity to visit the Archaeological Museum which it holds and interprets artifacts from the Archaic, Classical, Hellenistic and Roman periods, mostly from the city of Thessaloniki but also from the region of Macedonia in general.

DAY 9: THESSALONIKI
Wind Down….The day is all yours to enjoy. So grab your walking shoes and get ready to be amazed by the stunning architecture, mouth-watering food, and friendly locals. You could sip on a frappe at Aristotelous Square, explore the charming Ano Poli neighborhood, or visit the famous White Tower.
DAY 10: THESSALONIKI – DEPARTURE
Indulge in a rich breakfast at the hotel and bid farewell to Greece before the transfer to the airport of Thessaloniki.
