After having a little aperitif, in a 4-hour cooking class, we are going to prepare a 6-course traditional menu, including a starter, a salad, 3 main dishes (menu, one vegetarian main dish, one with seafood, one with meat) and a dessert, discovering the traditional flavors of Greece!
Then, you are going to sit all together to enjoy cooking, accompanied by wine or ouzo and fresh fruits from the garden! You will give you all the recipes that have been handed down for generations. The experience includes both cooking and eating. Bon appetite and cheers!
